Some parts of bloxley work without an internet connection, but most features require connectivity to function.
What you can still see offline
When you lose internet access, the app will show your last known balance and up to 7 recent transactions. You'll see a "Looks like you're offline" notice at the top of the screen.
What requires internet
Sending and receiving money, making transfers, loading your transaction history, and any other account actions all require an active internet or mobile data connection. If you try to perform any of these actions while offline, you'll see an "Unable to continue" message.
Logging in without internet
Your passcode login requires an internet connection.
If you previously enabled Face ID, fingerprint, or another biometric login, you can still log in without an internet connection using biometrics.
We recommend enabling biometric login so you can always access the app, even without connectivity.
To enable biometric login
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down to "Security & data privacy"
- enable Face ID or fingerprint
