Protect your login details
- never share your passcode, Face ID, or verification codes with anyone
- use a unique passcode that you don't use for other apps or services
- enable Face ID or fingerprint login for an extra layer of security
- update your passcode regularly and immediately if you think it's been compromised
Keep your contact details up to date
- make sure your phone number and email address are current and accessible
- these are used to verify your identity and send important account alerts
Stay alert
- regularly check your transaction history for anything unfamiliar
- keep notifications turned on so you're always aware of account activity
- if bloxley flags a warning during a transaction, take a moment to review it before proceeding
On your device
- only download the bloxley app from the App Store or Google Play
- keep your operating system and the bloxley app up to date
- don't use bloxley on a rooted device or a device running unofficial firmware
- lock your phone when not in use
