A reverted transfer means the funds were unable to reach the recipient and have been returned to your bloxley account.
Common reasons for a reverted transfer
- the recipient's account details were incorrect or incomplete
- the recipient's account is closed or no longer active
- the recipient's bank rejected the transfer
- the destination country or currency is not supported
- additional information was requested by email and not received in time
- the transfer was flagged during a compliance or security check
When will the funds be returned?
Local SEPA transfers are typically returned within 3 to 5 business days. International SWIFT transfers may take up to 15 to 20 business days to be returned, depending on the banks involved. bloxley cannot speed up this process.
What to do next
Check your email for any communication from us requesting additional information. Once the funds are back in your account, verify the recipient's details and try again.
If the funds haven't been returned within the expected timeframe, ask our support team via the in-app chat or at support@bloxley.com to create a ticket. We can provide a return confirmation to help trace the funds.
