It's not possible to cancel a transfer to another bloxley member once it has been sent. If you sent money to the wrong person, contact our support team straight away via the in-app chat.
Local SEPA and international SWIFT transfers
Once a transfer moves past the "Verifying your transfer" stage, it is no longer cancellable. You can check the current status of your transfer in the transfer detail view in the app.
If your transfer is still showing "Verifying your transfer — in progress", contact our support team immediately via the in-app chat. We may be able to stop it before it leaves your account.
Once the status moves to "Leaving for recipient's bank", the transfer is no longer cancellable.
Act quickly
The sooner you contact us, the better your chances of stopping the transfer. Once funds have been credited to the recipient's account, they cannot be reversed.
