A "pending" status means the transfer has reached us but we need to complete some final checks before the funds are released to your account.
Common reasons for a pending transfer
- we're waiting for required information from the sending bank
- the transfer is being reviewed to meet regulatory requirements
Pending transfers are usually processed within 3 business days. If it's still pending after 5 business days, contact our support team.
My transfer was reverted
A "reverted" status means we were unable to process the transfer and the funds have been returned to the sender.
Common reasons include incorrect or incomplete transfer details, or a request for additional information that wasn't received in time.
When will the sender get their money back?
Local SEPA transfers are typically returned within 5 business days. International SWIFT transfers can take up to 15 to 20 business days due to the number of intermediary banks involved.
The sender should contact their bank if the funds don't arrive within these timeframes. Once received, they can attempt the transfer again using the correct details.
If you need assistance with a pending or failed transfer, please reach out to our support team through the in-app chat or at support@bloxley.com, and include your transfer details in the message.
