If you see a transfer in your Bloxley account that you didn’t authorize, report it to us right away. Acting fast helps us protect your account and investigate the issue as quickly as possible.
What to do:
- Open the Bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen
- Scroll down and select ‘Help center’
- Under Fast support, tap ‘Cancel a transfer’
- Select the suspicious transfer and tap ‘Report a problem’
- Follow the prompts and provide as many details as possible
