bloxley does not charge any fees for receiving local SEPA transfers. However, there are a few reasons you may receive less than the amount sent.
Incoming SWIFT transfers
A €10 flat fee applies to all incoming international SWIFT transfers. This is deducted from the amount received.
Intermediary bank fees
For international transfers, one or more intermediary banks may deduct their own charges while routing the payment. bloxley has no control over these fees and cannot predict or refund them.
Currency conversion
If the sender's bank converted the funds before sending, an exchange rate or conversion fee may have been applied on their end before the money reached your account.
