- the currency or originating country is not supported by bloxley

- we reached out by email requesting additional documentation and didn't receive a response
- your account was under review at the time the transfer arrived
Check your email
If we need anything from you to process an incoming transfer, we'll contact you by email. Follow the instructions provided to resolve the issue.
When will the funds be returned to the sender?
Local SEPA transfers are typically returned within 3 to 5 business days. International SWIFT transfers may take up to 15 to 20 business days to be returned. Once a transfer has been reverted, we're unable to reassign it or speed up the return process.
How to check a reverted transfer in the app
- open the bloxley app and log in
- go to the "Accounts" tab on the home screen
- tap "See all" under your latest transactions
- find and tap the reverted transfer for more details
If the funds haven't been returned within the expected timeframe, contact our support team via the in-app chat or at support@bloxley.com. We can provide a return confirmation to help the sending bank locate the funds.
