Add an extra layer of security by enabling FaceID or fingerprint login. Once set up, you can use it to unlock the app and authorise payments.
How to enable FaceID or fingerprint
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down to "Security & data privacy"
- activate the "Log-in with FaceID toggle" (for iOS) or the "Log-in with biometrics" toggle (for Android)
- verify your FaceID or fingerprint to finalize the setup
Not working?
- check that FaceID or fingerprint access is enabled for bloxley in your device settings
- make sure you have the latest version of the bloxley app installed
- if your device is new, try logging in with your passcode a few times first, then enable biometrics
