You can only have one bloxley account associated with the same phone number and email address per our Terms & Conditions. If you accidentally created multiple accounts, you'll need to close the duplicate account to maintain compliance.
If you have access to both accounts:
- Log in to the account you wish to close on the bloxley app
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen
- Tap 'Show all account details'
- Scroll down and tap 'Close account'
If you have trouble logging in to close the duplicate account:
- Open the bloxley app
- On the welcome screen, tap 'Forgot passcode'
- Choose how you want to receive your verification code (email or phone number)
- Enter the verification code sent to you
- Create a new passcode
- Confirm your new passcode to complete the reset
