Change passcode

There are two ways to change your passcode, from the login screen if you've forgotten it, or from inside the app if you're already logged in.

If you've forgotten your passcode

1. open the bloxley app
2. tap "Forgot passcode" at the bottom of the welcome screen
3. choose to receive a verification code via email or phone number
4. enter the code to verify your identity
5. create and confirm your new passcode

If you're already logged in

1. open the bloxley app and log in
2. tap your profile icon on the home screen
3. scroll down to "Security & data privacy"
4. tap "Change passcode"
5. follow the steps to set your new passcode
