If you forgot your passcode or want to set a new one, you can reset it right from the login screen. Follow the steps below to change your passcode.
How to change my passcode:
- Open the bloxley app
- On the welcome screen, tap ‘Forgot passcode’ at the bottom
- Choose how you'd like to receive the one-time passcode (OTP) via your email or phone number
- Enter the OTP you receive to verify your identityThere are two ways to change your passcode: from the login screen if you forgot it, or from inside the app if you're already logged in.
- From the login screen (if you forgot your passcode)
- Open the bloxley app
- On the welcome screen, tap 'Forgot passcode' at the bottom
- Choose how you'd like to receive the verification code, via your email or phone number
- Enter the verification code you receive to verify your identity
- Create a new passcode
- Confirm your new passcode to finish the reset
- From inside the app (if you're already logged in)
- Open the bloxley app and log in
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen
- Scroll down to “Security & data privacy" and tap 'Change passcode'
- Follow the prompts to set your new passcode
