Forgot your passcode?
- Open the bloxley app
- On the welcome screen, tap 'Forgot passcode'
- Choose how you want to receive your verification code (email or phone number)
- Enter the verification code sent to you
- Create a new passcode
- Confirm your new passcode to complete the reset
Not receiving your verification code?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Verify your email address or phone number is correct and active
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for emails
- Wait 2-3 minutes and request a new code
- Try the alternative delivery method (switch from email to phone or vice versa)
- Ensure you have strong cellular signal or Wi-Fi connection
