Before you go, why not try our Basic plan? You'll keep your account active and access many features at no monthly cost. If you'd still like to close your account, the steps are below.
Before you close your account:
Clear all account balances. Make sure all your accounts have zero balances before proceeding.
Check for pending transactions:
- Go to the home screen in the bloxley app
- Scroll down to "Latest transactions"
- Select ‘Pending’ at the top of the screen
Complete these requirements:
- Install the latest version of the bloxley app
- Downgrade your plan to Basic
- Clear all account balances
- Cancel any active subscriptions or chargeback requests
If your balance is too low for an outbound transfer:
- Top up your account to meet the minimum transfer requirement, or
- Transfer remaining funds to another bloxley member via internal transfer
How to close your account:
- Log in to the bloxley app
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen
- Tap 'Show all account details'
- Scroll down and tap 'Close account'

- Download and save any statements you need for future reference
