Account under review
From time to time, we're required to review accounts as part of our regulatory obligations. This is a precautionary measure and doesn't necessarily indicate any wrongdoing on your part.
If your account is under review, you'll see a notice on your home screen. Tap "Learn more" to see what's restricted and how long the review is expected to take.
During a review, the following actions are temporarily unavailable:
- inbound and outbound bank transfers
- transfers to other bloxley members
- ordering a new card
- ATM withdrawals
- card payments
You can still view your account, balance, and transaction history during this time.
What happens after the review
There are three possible outcomes:
No issues found. All restrictions are lifted and your account is fully restored. You'll receive an email confirmation.
More information needed. We may reach out by email to request additional details. Follow the instructions in the email to respond.
Account closure required. In rare cases, we may determine that we're unable to continue providing our services. If this happens, you'll be notified and guided through the process of withdrawing your remaining funds before your account is closed.
If your account is being closed
You'll receive an email with instructions. Before closure you'll be able to:
- withdraw your remaining balance via bank transfer or send to a bloxley member
- download your statements and transaction history
Once your account is closed, you'll be logged out and won't be able to reopen it.
