No. Once your bloxley account is closed, it can't be reopened.
If you closed your account voluntarily, you may be eligible to sign up again as a new member. You'll need to complete a full onboarding, including identity verification.
If your account was closed by bloxley, you won't be eligible to reopen or create a new account.
