Transfers between bloxley users are usually instant but in rare cases, they may appear as pending. Here are a few common reasons:
The recipient hasn’t completed account setup
If the person you sent money to hasn’t fully verified or activated their bloxley account, the transfer may be on hold until they do.
App or network issues
Temporary glitches or connectivity problems may delay the transaction from reflecting on either end. A quick restart of the app or device can sometimes help.
Review transfer details
Review the transfer details and make sure the details are correct. To view the transfer:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the ‘Accounts’ tab
- Tap ‘See all’ under ‘Latest transactions’
- Select the transaction you want to manage
- Review the status of the transfer
