The ability to block another bloxley member directly in the app is coming soon. In the meantime, here's what you can do.
Control your discoverability
To stop other members from finding you by phone number or bloxID:
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down to "Security & data privacy"
- disable "Get discovered by phone" and "Get discovered by bloxID"
Decline payment requests
You can safely decline any payment request you don't recognise or don't want to respond to. Declining a request has no impact on your account.
Report suspicious or abusive behaviour
If someone is bothering you or you suspect fraud:
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down and tap "Support chat"
- describe the situation and our team will look into it
Remove a contact
Currently it's not possible to completely remove a bloxley member from your contacts. This feature is coming soon.
