Transfers between bloxley users are usually instant. If a transfer hasn't been received, try the following:
Check the transaction status
If you want to track the status of your request or transfer, you can:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the 'Accounts' tab
- Tap 'See all' under 'Latest transactions'
- Select the transaction you want to manage
- Review the status of the transfer
Confirm the correct details were used
Mistyped phone numbers, names, or bloxIDs may result in the transfer going to the wrong person or not going through at all. Double-check that you used the correct recipient information.
Ask your friend to check their transaction history
They can also view their recent transactions in the 'Accounts' tab to confirm if the money was received.
My recipient can't access their bloxley account
Even if your recipient has forgotten their passcode or phone number, they can still regain access to their account.
If they forgot their passcode:
- Enter their phone number on the login screen
- Tap 'Forgot passcode'
- Follow the steps to reset
The recipient still cannot access their account
If they aren't able to follow the above steps, ask them to contact us at support@bloxley.com.
