At the moment, you cannot block another bloxley user from sending you money, requesting funds, or messaging you in the app. But we're excited to announce that you'll soon be able to block other bloxley members directly from their profile.
Currently, you also can't completely remove a bloxley member from your bloxley contacts.
Control your discoverability
To configure your discoverability options so that others cannot find you by your bloxID, name, phone, or email, you can:
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen
- Scroll down to 'Security & Data Privacy'
- Disable "Get discovered by phone" and "Get discovered by bloxID"
Decline payment requests
You can safely decline any payment requests you don't recognize or don't want to respond to.
Report suspicious or abusive behavior
If someone is bothering you or you suspect fraud, here's how to report them:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen
- Scroll down and select 'Support chat'
Our team will review your report and take appropriate action if needed, which may include warning, restricting, or suspending the other user's account.
