What to expect
For larger transfers, we may contact you by email to ask about the source of funds or the purpose of the transfer. This is a standard regulatory requirement and not a cause for concern.
We recommend having documentation ready that explains the origin of large funds, such as a payslip, sale agreement, or bank statement.
Transfer timeframes
Local SEPA transfers may arrive within minutes or take up to 3 business days, depending on the sender's bank.
International SWIFT transfers typically take 3 to 5 business days.
