When you receive money into your bloxley account via bank transfer, fees may apply depending on the type of transfer and your membership plan.
Domestic bank transfers
bloxley charges a fee for receiving domestic transfers. The amount depends on your membership plan. In addition, the sender’s bank may apply their own transfer or service fees.
International bank transfers
Fees may apply when receiving funds from outside the country. These charges depend on:
- Your bloxley membership plan (some plans offer lower or waived fees)
- The currency and origin of the transfer
- Any intermediary banks involved
To check your current fees and limits:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- On the home screen, tap your avatar icon to open your profile
- Scroll down and tap ‘Your membership’ view all applicable limits and benefits
What to expect?
- Domestic bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days, depending on the sender’s bank.
- International bank transfers may take 3–7 business days or more.
Let the sender know that processing times may vary based on their bank and location.
