If you need to receive money in your bloxley account, the details you'll share depend on whether the sender is a bloxley user or not.
If the sender is using bloxley
They can send you money directly in the app using any of the following:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your @bloxID
There’s no need to share additional information. Once they send the funds, the transfer is instant and will reflect in your account right away.
If the sender is NOT using bloxley
You’ll need to share your bloxley bank details for a domestic or international bank transfer. Here’s how:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the ‘Accounts’ tab
- Tap ‘Receive’
- Select ‘Bank transfer’
- Choose between ‘Domestic or International’ bank details
- Tap ‘Share all’ to send the details using your preferred app
What to expect?
- Domestic bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days, depending on the sender’s bank.
- International bank transfers may take 3–7 business days or more.
Let the sender know that processing times may vary based on their bank and location.
