Transfer failed
A failed transfer means the payment was not processed and no money was deducted from your account. Tap "Resend" directly from the transfer detail view to try again. Check your recipient details before resending.
Reverted transfer
A reverted transfer means the funds couldn't reach the recipient and have been returned to your account.
Common reasons include incorrect recipient details, an unsupported destination, or a failed compliance check.
When will the funds be returned?
Local SEPA transfers are typically returned within 3 to 5 business days. SWIFT transfers may take up to 15 to 20 business days. We cannot speed up this process.
