If you sent to another bloxley member
The quickest way to recover the funds is to request the money back directly in the app.
- open the bloxley app and log in
- go to the "Accounts" tab on the home screen
- tap "Receive"
- select "Instant request"
- search for the person and enter the amount
- add a note explaining the transfer was a mistake
- tap "Request"
If the recipient doesn't respond, contact our support team via the in-app chat. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot move funds from another member's account without their consent.
If you sent to a bank account
Contact our support team immediately via the in-app chat. If the transfer is still in the "Verifying your transfer" stage, we may be able to stop it. Once it has left bloxley, we'll need to request a recall from the recipient's bank, which cannot be guaranteed.
