Track a transfer

You can check the status of any transfer directly from your transaction history.

How to track a transfer

1. open the bloxley app and log in
2. go to the "Accounts" tab on the home screen
3. scroll down to your recent transactions
4. tap "See all" to view your full transaction history
5. tap the transfer to see its current status and full details

What the statuses mean

• "Verifying your transfer" — being checked by bloxley. Still cancellable at this stage
• "Leaving for recipient's bank" — verified and on its way. No longer cancellable
• "On its way to the recipient's bank" — in progress. The recipient's bank may take additional time to credit the funds
• "Transfer failed" — not processed. No money was deducted. Tap "Resend" to try again
