Limited account access
Your account may be temporarily limited due to several factors, including pending
identity confirmation, unconfirmed fund sources, or expired tax documentation. Please refer to the Customer Account and Cardholder Agreement for a full explanation of reasons.
When we require additional documentation from you, we'll send you an email notification. If there's a deadline for providing these materials, we'll include that information as well.
Account termination
If required information isn't provided, your account may be permanently closed. Should account closure become necessary, we'll notify you by email with at least 60 days advance notice.
