What to watch for
- urgent requests for personal or financial information
- unexpected messages with links or attachments
- calls or messages asking you to verify account details or share security codes
bloxley will never
- ask you to make a payment
- contact you by phone without prior scheduling and confirmation
- ask for verification codes or security information during a call
Official emails always come from a verified @bloxley.com address. If the sender looks unusual, don't engage.
How to handle suspicious communications
- don't click any links or share any personal information
- note the method (call, email, text), the content, and the sender details
- contact our support team via the in-app chat to verify whether the communication is genuine
If you think you've been targeted
- stop all interaction with the suspected fraudster
- contact our support team immediately via the in-app chat
- report the incident through the app by tapping your profile icon, scrolling to "Support chat", and sharing the details
- consider filing a police report where applicable
How to report fraud in the app
You can easily report suspicious activity directly from the bloxley app using either of these two methods.
Via the Support chat:
- open the bloxley app and login
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down to "Support chat"
- fill in all information related to your experience
Via our Help center:
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down to "Help center"
- search for the article topic "Report fraud"
- tap the "Chat with us" button
- select the concern: "Report fraud"
- follow the steps to submit your report
Regularly check your account for unfamiliar transactions. Report anything suspicious straight away.
