If you notice an unauthorized ATM withdrawal on your bloxley card, it's crucial to act immediately to protect your account. Here are the things you need to do to protect your card:
Freeze or terminate your card immediately:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap the ‘Cards’ tab on the home screen
- Select the card in question
- Tap the ‘Freeze’ card settings to block new transactions. Alternatively, you can terminate it by going to 'Settings' and tapping 'Terminate card'.
Report the fraudulent transaction:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- On the home screen, tap your profile icon to open the settings
- Scroll down and tap ‘Help center’
- Under Fast support, tap ‘Dispute a transaction’
- Tap ‘Show all transactions’
- Select the suspicious transaction
- Tap ‘Report a problem’
- Follow the prompts and provide as much detail as possible to help our Customer support team investigate
Order a replacement card:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the ‘Cards’ tab on the home screen
- Tap the plus (+) icon to add a new card
- Choose your membership plan
- Select the type of card you want
- Choose the design of your new card
- Go to checkout
- Follow the prompts to complete your order
