Why we ask for this
We may ask you to show where your money comes from. This is a standard regulatory requirement and helps us keep your account secure.
What to submit
Your document must:
- clearly show your full name
- be recent (issued within the last 3 months)
- match the details you provided during sign-up
Accepted documents include payslips or salary statements, bank statements showing regular income, tax documents, employment contracts, and other official documents confirming your source of funds.
Make sure your upload is clear and uncropped. Screenshots, handwritten notes, and edited files aren't accepted.
How to upload your proof of income
If proof of income is required, you'll be prompted during verification. You can also upload it manually:
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down and tap "Documents"
- tap "Personal"
- tap "Identity verification"
- under "Proof of income", tap "Upload"
- select your document and submit
- wait for the verification result
We'll notify you by email and push notification once it's reviewed.
