When it’s required?
If proof of income is needed, you’ll see a prompt during the identity verification process. Just follow the instructions in the app to upload your document securely.
What to submit?
Your document should:
- Clearly show your full name
- Be recent (issued within the last 3 months)
- Match the details you provided during sign-up
Accepted documents may include:
- Payslips or salary statements
- Bank statements showing regular income
- Tax documents
- Employment contracts
- Other official documents confirming your source of funds
The exact requirements may vary based on your country. You’ll see the most relevant options during the verification process in the app.
Make sure your upload is clear and uncropped. We don’t accept screenshots, handwritten notes, or edited files.
How to upload:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen to open your profile
- Scroll down and tap ‘Documents’
- Tap ‘Personal’
- Tap ‘Identity verification’
- In the ‘Proof of income’, tap the ‘Upload’ button
- Select your document and submit it
- Wait for the verification result
