As part of identity verification, we may ask you to submit a document that confirms your current residential address. This helps keep your account secure and ensures we meet local regulatory requirements.
What to submit?
The document should:
- Show your full name and current residential address
- Be issued within the last 3 months
- Be from an official and trusted source
Accepted documents may include:
- Utility or service bills
- Financial statements
- Government correspondence
- Lease agreements or housing-related documents
Document requirements may vary depending on your country. During verification, we’ll guide you through the options that apply to you.
Make sure your upload is clear and uncropped. Screenshots, edited files, or handwritten documents aren’t accepted.
How to upload:
If proof of address is required, you’ll be prompted during the identity verification process. Just follow the steps to upload your document securely:
- Open the Bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your profile icon on the home screen to open your profile
- Scroll down and tap ‘Documents’
- Tap ‘Personal’
