Why we ask for this
As part of identity verification, we may ask you to confirm where you currently live. This is a standard regulatory requirement.
What to submit
Your document must:
- show your full name and current residential address
- be issued within the last 3 months
- be from an official source
Accepted documents include utility or service bills, financial statements, government correspondence, and lease agreements.
Make sure your upload is clear and uncropped. Screenshots, edited files, and handwritten documents aren't accepted.
How to upload your proof of address
If proof of address is required, you'll be prompted during verification. You can also upload it manually:
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down and tap "Documents"
- tap "Personal"
- tap "Identity verification"
- under "Proof of address", tap "Upload"
- select your document and submit
- wait for the verification result
We'll notify you by email and push notification once it's reviewed.
