You can send money to any local bank account across Europe or internationally to any bank worldwide.
How to send a local transfer (SEPA)
- open the bloxley app and log in
- go to the "Accounts" tab on the home screen
- tap "Send"
- tap "Local transfer"
- select "Individual" or "Company"
- select the recipient's country
- enter their IBAN and full name
- tap "Next"
- enter the amount
- select the account to send from
- add a reference if needed
- review the transfer details
- confirm with your passcode, biometrics, or OTP
How to send an international transfer (SWIFT)
Follow the same steps as above but tap "International transfer" at step 4. You'll also need to provide the recipient's SWIFT/BIC code, bank name, bank address, and the recipient's full address.
Recipient name verification
Before confirming, bloxley checks whether the name you've entered matches the account holder's details at their bank. There are three possible outcomes:
"Details match" — the name and account details are confirmed. Proceed with confidence.
"Verify the recipient's name" — the name entered is similar but not an exact match. Double-check with your recipient before continuing.
"Double-check recipient details" — no match was found. Review all details carefully before proceeding. We will never ask you to send money, and transferred funds may not be retrievable.
Good to know
Local SEPA transfers typically arrive within minutes or up to 2 business days. International SWIFT transfers typically take 1 to 5 business days. The recipient's bank or intermediary banks may deduct additional fees.
