Contact the merchant first
Most refunds can be processed by the merchant without a dispute. If you still need to dispute the transaction, make sure you gather evidence of the merchant's response, as this can significantly help your case.
How to dispute a transaction
If your direct contact with the merchant is unsuccessful, follow these steps to dispute the card transaction in your bloxley app:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- On the home screen, tap your profile icon to open the settings
- Scroll down and tap 'Help center'
- Under Fast support, tap 'Dispute a transaction'
- Tap 'Show all transactions'
- Select the suspicious transaction
- Tap 'Dispute transaction'
- Follow the prompts and provide as much detail as possible to help our customer support team investigate
