To help keep your account secure and manage risk, bloxley applies daily and monthly limits on certain types of transactions. These limits vary depending on the type of transfer and your membership tier.
Types of limits
- Daily limits: The maximum amount you can transact in a 24-hour period
- Monthly limits: The total amount allowed for transactions within a calendar month
What affects your limits?
Your transaction limits are set according to bloxley's internal policies based on your membership tier. These limits help ensure account security and regulatory compliance.
If you need a higher limit for a specific reason, you can reach out to our customer support team. Requests are reviewed individually and may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
How to check your limits
You can view your specific transaction limits in the bloxley app:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- On the home screen, tap your avatar icon to access your profile
- Scroll down and tap 'Your membership'
Your limits by membership tier
Point-of-Sale (Card) Transactions:
- Basic: $4,000 daily / $15,000 monthly
- Plus: $8,000 daily / $30,000 monthly
- Premium: $12,000 daily / $60,000 monthly
ACH Transfers (Outgoing from bloxley):
- Basic: $2,000 daily / $10,000 monthly
- Plus: $5,000 daily / $25,000 monthly
- Premium: $10,000 daily / $50,000 monthly
ACH Incoming Transfers:
- Push: Higher limits for all tiers (up to $25,000 daily for Premium)
- Pull: Lower limits (up to $5,000 daily for Premium)
