Every transaction in your bloxley account has a status that tells you where it is in the process. Here's what each one means.
Verifying your transfer
bloxley is currently checking your transfer. It can still be cancelled at this stage. Contact support immediately if you need to stop it.
Verified by bloxley
Your transfer has passed bloxley's checks and is being sent to the recipient's bank.
Leaving for recipient's bank
Your transfer is on its way. It is no longer cancellable at this point.
On its way to the recipient's bank
The transfer has left bloxley and is with the recipient's bank. The recipient's bank may take additional time to credit the funds.
Transfer failed
The transfer was not processed and no money was deducted from your account. You can tap "Resend" directly from the transfer detail view to try again.
If you're unsure about the status of a specific transaction, tap the transaction in your transaction history and press “Get help”, or contact our support team via the in-app chat or at support@bloxley.com.
