You can find any incoming transfer directly from your transaction history.
How to locate an incoming transfer
- open the bloxley app and log in
- go to the "Accounts" tab on the home screen
- scroll down to your recent transactions
- tap "See all" to open your full transaction history
- scroll or search to find the transfer you're looking for
- tap the transfer to see the full details, including sender, amount, and status
Transfer not showing up?
If you're expecting a transfer that hasn't appeared yet, check the following:
- local SEPA transfers may take up to 2 business days depending on the sender's bank
- international SWIFT transfers typically take 1 to 5 business days
- the transfer may be pending additional checks
