Check your account status
Make sure your identity verification is complete and your account is not restricted. Ask the sender to check the same on their end, as the issue may be coming from their side.
Check your discovery settings
If you're not discoverable, other bloxley members won't be able to find or send money to you. To check:
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- scroll down to "Security & data privacy"
- make sure "Get discovered by phone" or "Get discovered by bloxID" is turned on
Have you been blocked?
If a member has blocked you, transfers between you won't go through. Contact our support team if you believe this is the case.
Compliance checks
All transfers between bloxley members are subject to security checks. If a transfer doesn't meet the required criteria, it may be declined.
Account under review
If your account is temporarily restricted, member transfers may be unavailable until the review is complete. Check your home screen for any notices.
