Your bloxID is your unique identity on bloxley. It makes sending and receiving money between bloxley members quick and easy, no need to share your phone number or account details.
A bloxID always starts with @, for example @clarajensen.
How to create your bloxID
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- tap "Create your bloxID"
- choose your bloxID and confirm
There are multiple ways to create and save your unique bloxID:
During sign-up
- complete the onboarding process
- tap "Create bloxID"
- enter your preferred bloxID
- tap "Confirm"
From the Accounts tab
- open the bloxley app and log in
- go to the "Accounts" tab
- tap "Set up your bloxID"
- enter your preferred bloxID
- tap "Confirm"
From Personal Details
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- go to "Personal Details"
- tap the "Set up your bloxID" info card
- enter your preferred bloxID
- tap "Confirm"
From the Explore tab
- open the bloxley app and log in
- go to the "Explore" tab
- tap the "Set up your bloxID" info card or "Create your @bloxID"
- enter your preferred bloxID
- tap "Confirm"
Once set, your bloxID can't be changed, so make sure you're happy with it before confirming.
How others can find you
Other bloxley members can search for you using your bloxID when sending or requesting money. You can control whether you're discoverable by bloxID in your privacy settings under "Security & data privacy".
