bloxley's security is continuously improving to protect against new and evolving threats. As a result, your device needs to meet certain requirements to run the app securely.
Device requirements
To use bloxley, your device must:
- have the official bloxley app installed from the App Store or Google Play
- have the latest operating system and security updates installed
- have a locked bootloader
- be running official, certified firmware with no custom ROMs
- have no root access enabled
My device no longer meets the requirements
If a recent update has made your device incompatible, you may need to make some changes to continue using bloxley. Visit our articles on operating system updates, unofficial firmware, and root access for guidance, or contact your device manufacturer's support team for help.
