Documents for a closed account
If your account is scheduled to close but you still have access to the app, you can easily download your documents using a few different methods:
Via the Close Account widget:
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap the Close account widget on the home screen
- tap "Download your statements" on the Action required screen
- set your start and end date.
- tap "Generate bank statement"
- check your email to receive and download your document
Via All account details or Documents:
You can also generate both your account confirmation and bank statements through the standard app menus. Just tap your profile icon on the home screen and navigate to either “All account details” or “Documents” (under the Personal menu) to generate the files you need.
If you can no longer log in
