How to upgrade your membership:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your avatar icon on the home screen to open your profile
- Go to 'Global settings' and tap 'Your membership'
- Tap 'Upgrade' to see all available membership plans
- Compare features side by side and choose the plan that fits your needs
- Follow the prompts to confirm your upgrade
What happens after I upgrade?
- Your new membership benefits will apply immediately
- You'll get access to new cards, higher cash withdrawal limits, priority support, and more depending on your chosen plan
- You can switch back or downgrade anytime if you want
How to downgrade: If your needs have changed, you can downgrade your bloxley membership at any time directly from the app.
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your avatar on the home screen
- In the 'Global settings', tap 'Your membership'
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap 'Change membership'
- Go through all the plans and choose a lower-tier plan
- Review the changes, then follow the prompt to downgrade your membership
What to expect when downgrading:
- Your current membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
- Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next cycle—you won't lose access immediately
- You will not be charged the higher-tier membership fee moving forward
Things to keep in mind:
- Some features and perks from your current membership will no longer be available after the downgrade
- If you received a physical card with your current membership, you can continue to use it
- However, any perks, benefits, or promotions tied to your previous membership level will no longer apply even if you're still using the same card
