Learn how billing works for your bloxley membership, including payment schedules, fees, and managing your subscription.
How does billing work?
- Membership plans can be billed monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select
- Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date to ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits
- You will be charged using the payment method linked to your account
Changing your billing cycle You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime in the app:
- Tap the profile icon on the home screen to view your settings
- Scroll down to profile and select "Your membership"
- Tap the three dots (...) in the top right corner and select "billing details"
- Select "switch to yearly/monthly plan" to change your billing cycle details
When does the billing change take effect? When you switch billing cycles, the change will take effect on your next billing date, right after your current billing cycle ends. You'll be charged for the new plan starting that date.
Managing payments
- You can update your payment method anytime within the app under 'Your membership'
- If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and through the app
- While your membership won't be downgraded for late payment, some features may be temporarily unavailable until your account is topped up
- Once your account balance is sufficient, the payment will be automatically deducted to restore full access
Cancelling your membership
- You can cancel your paid membership at any time from your profile settings
- If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your benefits will remain active until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles
Upgrading or downgrading membership
- Changes to your membership will be billed at the next billing cycle
