If you've sent a bank transfer from your bloxley account and want to track its status, here's how to monitor it and what to expect.
Checking your transfer status
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the 'Accounts' tab
- Tap 'See all' under Latest transactions
- Select the transfer you want to track
- Review the status shown
Understanding transfer timeframes
- Domestic transfers (within US): 1–3 business days
- International transfers: 3–7 business days or more
Note: Only business days count (weekends and holidays don't count)

"On the way" - Transfer is processing If your transfer shows "On the way" but the recipient hasn't received it yet:
- The transfer is still within normal processing time
- Some banks take extra time to process incoming transfers
- For international transfers, intermediary banks may deduct fees

- Check if it arrived in a different currency account
- Request a transfer confirmation from your bank
- Verify the recipient details match exactly

- Double-check all recipient details were correct
- Look for error notifications in the bloxley app
- Try sending again with verified details
