bloxley basic is 0€ per month with no minimum commitment. You're welcome to keep your account open at no cost even if you don't use it regularly.
If you'd still like to close your account, here's how.
How to close your account
- open the bloxley app and log in
- tap your profile icon on the home screen
- tap "All account details"
- scroll down and tap "Close account"
- follow the steps to confirm
Before closing, please note
- make sure your balance is 0€. Any remaining funds will need to be transferred out first
- resolve any pending transactions before proceeding
- once closed, your account cannot be reopened
