If your needs have changed, you can downgrade your Bloxley membership at any time directly from the app.
How to downgrade:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Tap your avatar on the home screen
- In the ‘Global settings’, tap ‘Your membership’
- Scroll down at the bottom and tap ‘Change membership’
- Go through all the plans and choose a lower-tier plan
- Review the changes, then follow the prompt to downgrade your membership.
What to expect?
- Your current membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next cycle, you won’t lose access immediately.
- You will not be charged the higher-tier membership fee moving forward.
Things to keep in mind:
- Some features and perks from your current membership will no longer be available after the downgrade.
- If you received a physical card with your current membership, you can continue to use it.
- However, any perks, benefits, or promotions tied to your previous membership level will no longer apply even if you're still using the same card.
- You can upgrade your membership again at any time if your needs change.
