Your statement balance and your in-app balance may differ. Here's why.
Your in-app balance shows your available funds only. Your statement balance includes both your available funds and any pending transactions. Pending transactions are shown at the top of your statement.
If your balance doesn't look right
- make sure you have the latest version of the bloxley app installed
- check your transaction list to review recent activity
- download a bank statement to see your full account history including pending transactions
If your balance is blurred
Privacy mode may be turned on. Follow the same steps used to enable it to turn it off. For more information, visit our article on Privacy mode.
