At the moment, cash deposits are not supported.
Currently, bloxley is a fully digital platform, so we don’t accept physical cash deposits through ATMs, retail partners, or bank branches.
If you need to add funds to your account, you can use a bank transfer or receive money from other bloxley users. Here’s how to do it:
Receive money from a bloxley users
If the person sending you money is also on bloxley, you can request funds directly in the app. Here’s how to do it:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the ‘Accounts’ tab
- Tap ‘Receive’
- Select ‘Receive money from friends’
- Search for your friend using their name, phone number, or bloxID
- Enter the amount and any additional details
- Confirm with your passcode
Once your friend sends the money, it will reflect in your account instantly.
Receive money from a bank transfer
If the sender isn’t using bloxley, you can share your bloxley bank details so they can transfer funds from their bank. Here’s how to send your account details:
- Open the bloxley app and log in to your account
- Go to the ‘Accounts’ tab
- Tap ‘Receive’
- Select ‘Bank transfer’
- Choose between ‘Domestic or International’ bank details
- Tap ‘Share all’ to send the details using your preferred app
